Welcome to DNC HEALTH HUB. Remember you have to register your name one day prior to your visit day( till 8 p.m.). You cannot register your name for the same day you want to visit or if it is an off day . Please follow the notice (if any) before registration .

Steps of registration -

• Step 1. First select the Chamber you want to visit ( be sure that it is the same Centre you want to visit).
• Step 2. Then check whether you want to visit on the same day as it is shown as booking date.
• Step 3. Then, select whether you want to visit our centre in 1st half (before lunch) or 2nd half (after lunch). (Remember your choice of time slot is to be considered with priority, but it is subject to availability of the slot).
• Step 4. Then select whether you want to register your name as an old patient or a new patient.
• Step 5. Then select whether you want to visit to us in offline mode or in online mode .
• Step 6A (For old patient). In this step you can see that the alphabetical part of your registration number is already been shown . You need to put the last six digit of your registration number(the digital part) to the allotted box.

  In the very next box you need to put your registered mobile number and press the 'get data' button. Now check weather your name, address and mobile number is in correct order or not.

• Step 6B (For new patient). In this step you need to write your name with correct spelling in the first box, you need to write your address in the 2nd box and you have to enter your mobile number (preferably WhatsApp number) to the last box.

If everything is in correct order just press the 'book appointment' button and you see that a predefined text comes to your WhatsApp chat box. Press send button to send that message to our WhatsApp number.

Now the process of registration is complete.

After the completion of rescheduling in our end we will send you a WhatsApp massage to your registered WhatsApp number which will contain your visit slot number and most probable visiting time.

How to get live chember data -

For the acknowledgement of any kind of alteration of your visit time, please select chamber, enter the last 6 digit of your registration number and enter your registered mobile number to the 'live chamber data' section and click on the button 'show status'.
